An annual staff Strategy Day to present the company’s vision for the next 12 months and reflect on achievements of the past year.

Kicking off with a launch event at the unique Melbourne Room at the Melbourne Museum, the scene was set for our client’s annual strategy day as guests enjoyed an evening of networking delight!

The following day, delegates were welcomed to the iconic MCG at which the dedicated sport facility was given a complete redesign, complete with palm trees, clean white café furniture, coloured lighting and state of the art staging and audio visual.

A dedicated Hydration Station was created around the Betty Cuthbert Bar, featuring overhead a balloon installation and a tea ‘top up’ station where delegates could refill the glass tea infuser they were gifted on arrival.

Bespoke table centrepieces were created for each of the 42 tables, representing the 5 key values of the firm, adding pops of colour to the meeting space.

The right blend of content, well planned scheduling and activity made this strategy one of their best yet!
