Lauren is the founder and leader of the LTL team, building the business from the ground up, following a successful previous events business.
To say Lauren is both highly experienced and passionate about the industry is an understatement. A keen strategist and champion of all things new and innovative, there are no limits to the lengths she will go to get the results our clients deserve.
Outside of work Lauren manages to find time for family, friends and to train as a Kinesiologist, all whilst pursuing her interests in wellbeing and spirituality – an enviable balance!
PRODUCTION & EVENT DIRECTOR
Gemma heads up our production department and keeps the troops in check. As a production and experiential powerhouse, she loves getting to the heart our client’s businesses and developing strategies to solve even the trickiest brief.
Bringing a wealth of experience from both Australia and the UK, Gemma has a pioneering spirit and loves to challenge the status quote with creative, engaging ideas. She also loves a good pun, so be warned!
In her spare time, aside from losing countless hours in Podcasts, music and Netflix, Gemma loves a bit of Crossfit and yoga – a match made in heaven right!?
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Rachel spearheads our business development, and as an original member of the team, brings heart and soul to LTL. We’ve yet to meet a client who doesn’t fall in love with her genuine and honest nature.
With a wealth of experience in events, there is no brief Rachel will shy away from, and no challenge too big to crack for this wonder woman. This lady can churn through work like no other and all the while, provide endless support for others!
Outside of work Rachel balances her time as a social butterfly, alongside family life and her beachside lifestyle, where she is responsible for two adorable fur babies.
Lily is our cool, calm, production coordinator extraordinaire, with exceptional organisational skills and a natural eye for style.
Coming from and events background, Lily hit the ground running managing the guest list and seating plan for the Actor Awards, then dived head first into the Australian Open. Alongside our client work, Lily is also in charge of LTL’s social activities, and makes a mean banana bread!
Outside of work Lily keeps herself busy socialising with friends and family and loves discovering new restaurants and venues. Whenever there is time, Lily heads home to the family farm, to escape the city madness and soak up the country air.
OFFICE & PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Laura is our hybrid event and office coordinator and as a true Jack of all trades, helps look after our social too!
Coming from a corporate background and recently completing a Bachelor in Arts/Public Relations in her spare time, Laura knows how to get things done! With a creative flair and keen eye for style and new trends, she ensures every project hits the mark and is insta-worthy.
Outside of work Laura likes to sweat it out in the gym and F45, in between managing Charlie (the family dog’s) ever expanding Instagram following and juggling her busy social calendar.
Kate is our resident finance wizard, and takes care of all our business, supplier and client needs.
Hailing from the UK where she was most recently the Finance Manager for Arsenal Football Club, Kate’s a skillful negotiator and has no trouble keeping multiple balls in the air whilst balancing the books! Her diverse experience and strong business acumen make her the ultimate money manager, and she does it all with an enthusiastic smile.
Out of work, Kate somehow finds time for yoga, teaching, and being a mum to Lucy.
