Lauren Watson

DIRECTOR

Lauren is the founder and leader of the LTL team, building the business from the ground up, following a successful previous events business.

To say Lauren is both highly experienced and passionate about the industry is an understatement.  A keen strategist and champion of all things new and innovative, there are no limits to the lengths she will go to get the results our clients deserve.

Outside of work Lauren manages to find time for family, friends and to train as a Kinesiologist, all whilst pursuing her interests in wellbeing and spirituality – an enviable balance!

Claire Colclough

General Manager

Claire is our chief planner, hustler and get stuff done gal. No project too big or small. No client brief too far-fetched or ambitious, she finds a way to deliver outstanding experiences that drive results that create memorable experiences.

Bouncing between Creative Agency’s and Major Multi -Sport Events; Claire has a diverse background of end to end project management, account direction and spectator engagement.

A wanderer with a love of adventure, Claire is always planning her next escapade. She’s a sucker for the city as much as the country and the beach as much as the mountains.

Rachel Stinear

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Rachel spearheads our business development, and as an original member of the team, brings heart and soul to LTL.  We’ve yet to meet a client who doesn’t fall in love with her genuine and honest nature.

With a wealth of experience in events, there is no brief Rachel will shy away from, and no challenge too big to crack for this wonder woman. This lady can churn through work like no other and all the while, provide endless support for others!

Outside of work Rachel balances her time as a social butterfly, alongside family life and her beachside lifestyle, where she is responsible for two adorable fur babies.

Gabrielle Whiting

ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

Gabby is our production whiz. With a strong attention to detail and a keen knack for crossing the t’s and dotting the i’s, there is no project too big or too small Gabby can’t handle!

Previously having worked on Major Multi-Sport Events, Gabby has a varied background of marketing project management, brand and visual identity coordination and client relationship management.

Being a Kiwi, Gabby loves to jump across the ditch to visit family and friends whenever possible, and as a relatively new Melbournian enjoys exploring the many sights and sounds of the area!

Kate Lambert

FINANCE OFFICER

Kate is our resident finance wizard, and takes care of all our business, supplier and client needs.

Hailing from the UK where she was most recently the Finance Manager for Arsenal Football Club, Kate’s a skillful negotiator and has no trouble keeping multiple balls in the air whilst balancing the books! Her diverse experience and strong business acumen make her the ultimate money manager, and she does it all with an enthusiastic smile.

Out of work, Kate somehow finds time for yoga, teaching, and being a mum to Lucy.

Sara Pezzini

Creative Producer

Sara is our globetrotting, madre terra loving creative producer. Her design influences stretch across the world and runs deeper than the Mariana Trench.

Her experience is certainly larger than life and ranges from a design Masters from her hometown of Milan and post studies in graphic design and project management in Melbourne, involving herself at the White Night in Paris and the Milan Design Week and working for architectural and interior design studios, museums and art galleries.

In her down time she likes to try new things, sipping herbal teas and explore the great Australian outdoors; also, she is always planning her next trip to Japan.
