Ted's Bloom Room

Ted Baker wanted to create a highly beautiful space for racegoers to come and enjoy. A space that took reference from their brand but with a nod to their SS18 campaign. This interactive space was to encourage each guest to become a social ambassador with the objective of social media shares through their unique event hashtag.

So, LTL fashioned a custom modified glasshouse space, filled with a tiered flower display and external bench seating created the perfect #tedsbloomroom. Guests were able to snap their Spring Racing looks and share through social for the opportunity to win a Ted Baker voucher.

Aiming to be sustainable in our approach to this build; we hired a locally available display structure to minimise waste and single use build production.

Sustainable floristry design

Partnering with The Glasshaus for the floral installation, post event all florals were installed into Ted Baker Stores and Shopping Mall Activations, or given to staff to take home!
